Whats the best places to visit in auckland?
im going to visit auckland with my family this december and i wanted to know the best places to visit in auckland.
im a teenager so something that teenagers would want to visit.
My family arent water people, so now water resorts or anything.
There is plenty to do in Auckland. You don't say how long you will have. You will want to go up Sky Tower, and there is the Sky walk , Auckland Harbour Bridge Climb if you like extreme activities.
If you like bush you may want to go up into the Waitakere ranges and do some bush walks.
There is Kelly Tarlton's Aquarium, the Maritime Museum, Auckland Museum which also has a Maori Cultural Show, You may like to take a ferry ride to either Rangitoto Island and walk or catch the little train to the top, or to Waiheke Island.
Rollerblading around the water front is popular - you can hire the roller blades form Okahu Bay Kayak shop.
There is Rainbow's End - a fun park, Auckland Zoo is really great, with the Museum of Transport and Technology next door.

You will love going to the Snowplanet, Motorcart racing, The Luge which is all just off the Northern motorway before Orewa...you will see that on the left hand side of the motorway before the turnoff.....
Laser Strike and that's in a few places around Auckland and a great thing to do with your family....
