Cornwall Park: Basically One Tree Hill
Western Springs: Good for walks only! (lots of birds)
Albert Park: A little bit smaller, lots of statues and art gallery right beside it!

Well, basically auckland has 50+ volcanoes so uh, most of them are made into parks XD

Auckland Domain by the museum is good,
Or Western Springs, it's my favourite.

Stephen C, Craig Avon Park is in Green Bay ;)

Those 4 above are all really nice, though i'd menton that Albert Park's none too peaceful because it's filled with us students at all hours. The Domain is lovely though, and there is plenty of peaceful spaces to be found.

Craigavon park in Blockhouse Bay is my favourite just because it happens to be near my house, but it's not really worth travelling a long way for. So where specifically in Auckland do you mean? It's a big place.

Rachel T, no it's Blockhouse Bay! ;)

I have to say Western Springs.
But if you really want 'peace' then Luckens Reserve is the place. It's in West Auckland, it's really nice you get a view of the marina
Hope I have helped!

I agree with Western Springs - just be weary of duck poo!
