The hill suburbs including Cashmere, Redcliffs and the ones above the Sumner area all have move expensive housing.
On the flat the only two would be Meivale and Fendalton.
All the rest on the flat are in that middle class of housing price (definitely including New Brighton and Riccarton) except Aranui and Wainoni, which have cheaper house prices. |

i don't agree with New Brighton and Riccarton, Riccarton is where all the student flatting is and New Brighton has a lot of rundown places and is actually quite cheap! |
