they dont. p is pure methampetamine, p for pure. ecstasy is Methylenedioxymethamphetamine, its part of the meth family, but ex is not p

P is not ecstasy. P is methamphetamine (short for pure methamphetamine).

We call it 'P' because it is PURE methanphetamine,
In america they call 'P' meth i think.
