Not only is it physically well away from alot of the worse influences of the world, the people of New Zealand realise that it's a unique country, so they try hard to keep it that way.

Because I feel at home here. I love everything about the country. I love the way the houses are little and wooden. I love it when you arrvie here at night from australia and when your driving home everything is quite and the air is so fresh.

I love it here because it makes me feel right at home.

Great place to be!

I was born and raised there, lived there till I was 24. I now live in NY.

Why is it great?

It's small, it's full of greenery, the people are very friendly and down to earth - so much more so than here in the U.S.

It's that unmistakeable NZ atmosphere. The light is mellow, cabbage trees moving in the wind, green mountains, bright blue expanses of water, beautiful houses with ironwork looking out over the ocean, a glass of chilled Chardonnay in your hand, and the Subaru is supercharged... add to that a relaxed working mentality and being able to do whatever outdoorsy thing you can imagine whenever you want to, and you've got your answer.

Come and see for yourself mate.
I came here ten years ago and fell for a local. I haven't looked back since. Wild horses couldn't drag me back to England now. The scenery is incredible, the people are the friendliest I've ever met and life is so laid back.
What more could you ask for?

It's all about The Brothel (and the Sonic).
