of course it will, just make sure you get a converter if you are not using a 240v PS, if its 110v, or wat ever nth america uses

You need to check the voltage on the power adapter and make sure it is compatible. Then you need an adapter so the plug will work.

If the voltage isn't compatible, you can get a converter.

Yes, it will, but you won't be able to play New Zealand-bought games on it because of the region difference.

You will have to get a power adapter, but yes it will work. The UK uses the same video standard as New Zealand (PAL), so games bought in the UK and New Zealand are interchangeable and play fine on New Zealand TVs; New Zealand bought games will also work fine on your console.
