olá, sorry i cant speak spanish but maby you can answer me this question.
im 17 and live in ireland and me and my friends have decided we are gonna do a bit of exploring of the rest europe this summer by car.
what i want to know is will i be able to drive when i get to spain? my sister said the age is older there but i doubt it so i just wannt to be sure.
gracias. Additional Details cool ye im 18 soon enough. thanks
It's 18, and if your from Ireland which is 17 ?? Then you still can't bring you're own car into Europe until you 18 ^^,
You won't be able to rent until your 21-25+ because that's the rules the insurance companys have
But you can drive Quad bikes and Scoters here from 14 - I think you can rent them from 16 or 18 though... =/

You must be at least 18 to drive in spain, and you cannot drive. i would have someone who is like 20 drive and you and your friends could walk= i think its more funn to walk instead of driving when you are site seeing.

If you have a full licence you can drive in Spain and also in other European countries. Just be sure to notify the insurance company and have the necessary paperwork/documents which are required.

So long as you have a full national driving licence you will be able to drive in Spain with no problem. Just make sure that you always have with you your insurance, registration document and your driving licence as these must always be carried because you may be asked to produce them. failure to have these documents would result in a very large fine and maybe other complications.
