There seem to be many international branches of plusnet.

I don't find one in Spain. Are you sure there wasn't a place to click and translate?

If you put up a link....

OK. I can't tell you whether it's a good company to join. Have you been offered a contract or permanent position with them?
I would recommend moving to Spain if you live in the UK regardless of the company it is to work for!
I can see from their site that they have been established since 2002 and they quote their speciality as being customer care.
The management all seem quite young.
They do systems integration, new product development and products on web platforms.
They could do with some work on their website though as when you try to navigate it, have you noticed that the drop-down menus disappear when you try to click on them?
Anyway, I don't think anyone's going to be able to tell you whether it's a good company to join, unless by a strange coincidence, one of the Spanish staff goes onto yahoo answers. Only you can decide whether to join them or not.
The only thing I can reiterate is that I live in Spain now after living in England most of my life and much prefer living in Spain.

Try it! England won't disappear because you've gone. In addition, international work experience is always well viewed by employers.
