I am a pakistani & got schengen visa to study in sweden there i could not find any job to run my expenses then i moved to spain, i have lost my passport, I want to work here i know i am illegal, tell me plz what should i do to get proper papers because i can go to my country because circumstances of my home in pakistan are very bad so i want to stay here and want to do work becoz i my parents are so poor.

ok, calm... i live in spain. there 're thousands of illegaly inmigrants here... the only thing authorities can do is to give u back to the place you come. You can get the proper papers marrying with a spanish woman or a men (here homosexuals can get married), getting a job (but sometimes enterprises dun want illegal ppl, so u should find a friend who helps u to get it). You can do an exam too, but u've to pay for it nd its a little bit expensive... i've got a brazilian friend whos trying to get the papers... my father helped him making the CV.
Sorry i cant help u anymore... i shouldnt say this but there're so many ppl working illegaly in spain building or in stores... here we're "good" with inmigrants... so many africans nd south american. Don't worry so much. Greets from zaragoza (aragon) |

I currently live in Spain, and after doing much research myself I have discovered that the best way to stay here is to apply for a work visa. It is a lengthy, time-consuming thing to do. It can take up to a year and if I remember correctly you will be required to open a Spanish checking account with a certain amount of money in it. You may also apply for a student visa, but again this is a lengthy process (I have heard it can take up to a year). Read this website for more info & good luck:
