Yes, just literally go to your nearest tobacconists (usually with a brown sign with yellow writing on....). Don't bother between 1 til 4 - 4.30pm, and on Saturdays they're only open 'til 1.30pm. DOn't bother with duty free, usually still cost you a bit more.
If you want to buy cartons, just say:
(number) carton (or cartones if more than one) de (cigarette brand) por favor.
Number:
uno - one
dos - two
tres - three
cuatro - four
cinco (pronounced thinco) - five
seis (pronounced sayees) - six
eg: dos cartones de Marlboro Light por favor.

From experience it may well be cheaper to buy it in town, than via duty free. Just check your allowances before you go, so you know how much you can bring back. |
