Hi there i went to moraira 2 years a go.
Regarding a villa close to the beach that's gonna be difficult. There is only on small beach in the village of moraira it self, and there are no villas for rent near that beach just apartments.
Most villas have there own swimming pool probably for that reason.
The road between Moraira and calpe has a lot of small bays but most of them have a pebbles beach instead of sand.
I would suggest rent a nice villa and a small car ( you will need it) and just drive to the village of moraira if you really want a sand beach. it's a small drive after all

I lived in moraira for 2 years and if u try james villas will find suitable villa although beach in Moraira is v v small. Try nearby town of Javea, 10 min drive. U will find most villas near beach are actually lived in by local residents so more than likely a villa that size will be found more inland or up in the hills. Best of luck.

Try looking on the Costa Blanca website, thats for the largest circulation english language newspaper covering the whole area, you could even consider placing an advert into the paper. Lots of people are not advertising properties to rent openly, keeping to local shops and word of mouth as there is a big clamp down on the taxes not being paid on rental incomes
