i currently live in Spain and the weather is at this moment brill in the 30Ty's not a cloud in the sky it has been shitty but it has all cleared up next 3 months looks ok but i will warn you NOW it has gone very expensive due to the exchange rate its at 1.26 euros to the pound commercial rate so as a holiday maker you will get a lot worse get your euros before flying out do not get it over hear no matter wot other mates say |

I live in Benidorm have done for 17 years and it's hot, hot, hot at last summer is here. Sea is very warm (even for me lol) and so we usually go down at around 5pm for 3 hours which is more than enough to get a get tan.
The islands do have different temps than us on the mainland and so I suggest you go to www.wunderground.com a weather site I use all the time. It will also do a 10 day forecast so you can plan your trip well. There is generally more humidity on the islands, so you may want a jumper for evening but I doubt it. You may have thunderstorms, yes, but hey if it's so hot you will welcome them believe me!!
Take plenty of sun protection, as when the wind blows people think they aren't getting any sun, but it is in fact the opposite.btw if it is overcast, use those days to sightsee around the island, it's lovely, don't stay in one place, get to know all of the island aswell. Too many people come for the sun and never explore further than their hotel or beach, wot a shame!!!!

Its hot of course but the islands are prone to humidity and low cloud which combined with the heat can cause ocassional showers so pack a T shirt along with your bikini for overcast days. |
