Have not stayed there, but am familiar with its location. You would find it very handily placed for the Old Town, the bars & clubs of the newer Levante area and very close to the beach (just cross the main Avda. Mediterraneo & you're almost there). I have given a couple of links where you'll find some 17 reviews in total.

great hotel one street off the beach playa levante and 6Min's walk to the discos and night clubs you will love it also on the flat no hills to climb and in the middle of old town and new, walk straight ahead great place to sunbathe and swim on the lovely beach.enjoy
