You are a little bit confused.
Nobody in Spain comes from a different ethnic group than the rest of the spaniards; only the basques have a different and unknown origin (nowadays they are very mixed with the rest of the spaniards).
____
About the basques: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basque_people
____
All spaniards (except the basques) come from a PRE-INDO-EUROPEAN, CELTIC, IBERIAN and TARTESSIC origin, with many ethnic influences from its visitors along the history, as PHOENICIANS (colonisers), GREEKS (colonisers), ROMANS (conquerors and colonisers), JEWISH (emigrants), GOTHS (conquerors), GIPSIES (emigrants), ARABS & BERBERS (conquerors and emigrants), and NORDICS (emigrants).
____
If you understand "ethnic" as a cultural fact, not a racial fact, then yes, there are many different ethnic groups in Spain.
Galicians (north-west Spain) talk GALLEGO, Asturians talk BABLE, Basques talk EUSKERA, Aragonese talk FABLA, and Catalans, Balearic islanders, Valencians and some Aragonese talk different dialects of CATALAN language. In the rest of Spain, the first language is Spanish, with its dialects (castilian, murcian, andalusian and extremaduran).
Each community has, moreover, its own cultural background in addition on the language.
____
Example:
English: I love you
Spanish: Te quiero
Gallego: Quérote
Bable: Quiérote
Euskera: Maite zaitut
Fabla: Te quiero
Catalan: T'estimo
