I'm from Barcelona and I was an exchange student in New Hampshire. I would recommend you not to meet other pple from your home country and try to meet locals so you can practice Spanish and get to know the culture. I regret not meeting more locals when I was in the States! I hope you have a good time in Barcelona

From what I have seen here, tons! But why would you want to meet more Americans going to Barça? There will surely be a group in your program, and, after all, aren't you going there to meet the locals? Stop trying to meet more Americans, and hope you can really immerse yourself in your program.
