I have not seen any taxis that will take 5 persons plus driver and luggage waiting on the taxi ranks. I would suggest you pre-book a people carrier to meet you at the airport. I booked a people carrier for friends of mine at a cost of 110 euros, Alicante to Javea. |

No, they are nearly all white saloon taxis, only take 4 persons, you may be lucky and spot a people carrier though, otherwise it will be 2 taxis. |

I believe most are not allowed to carry 5 people, there are the odd one or two but with all that luggage they will insist you take 2 cars. (More money for them), but also because of their SP license (servicio publico) in other words licensed to carry x amount of the general public. |

there are some big taxis, like people carrier/mini bus taxis about, but it depends on the day!!
but if you want to book one a taxi for more than 4 people+luggage ive found this site
if you fill in this form, it has a box where you can put how many people you have, then it will quote you a price and you book it there and the.

Most of the taxis are average style cars but if you wouyld like the number of a transport company let me know. By the way if you book transport ensure they are legal, the police are clamping down on the illegal taxis.
