Incoming calls cannot go through; everytime i called only the answering machine in Spanish language I heard. Phone is always on. outgoing calls - yes, they can call. Appreciate you help....

are barcelona natives freindly . iam an egyptian person who has a spanish workpermit and will take spanish courses and thinking of moving to spain . i dont know wether to choose madrid or barcelona ?? i heard that barcelona natives are not freindly towards forginers and forigners willing to live there are not welcomed . is that true ??

I have been to Barcelona 3 times in the last year and found the people relatively friendly. Only problem is that the rest of Spain do not think the same as they even speak a different language, I have friends living in Spain and they would prefer to live in Madrid.They are more friendly towards people who speak Spanish.The city itself is beautiful.
