Sure. Apply to the local universities as an English tutor or something and see what kind of feedback you receive. I have a few friends that teach English here.

You will need to be able to speak Spanish to be able to teach English. You have got to learn the language here before working in that capacity.

Ummm. You go to Spain to learn and speak and become Spanish. Not to "continue speaking English".
