As now you can take hand luggage on the plane now can does that include makeup and mobile phone ?
ok....you can have carry-on. but you cannot carry ANY liquids, unless it is something like medication or baby food. as for makeup and such, you might want to put them in your check-in bags just in case. if you spend a lot of money on make up, you dont' want them taking them away from you. as for your phone, that shouldn't be an issue. you should be able to carry your cell with you. plus, since we can't lock our luggage ( or we have to have locks that they can open to do security check), the dishonest employees might steal the phone( yes it does happen, i heard horror stories), and even if you make a complaint i doubt they will do anything about it. so check your make up, and make sure to put the makeup in a bag and seal it well so that they dont' spill on your clothes, and carry you phon with you on the flight.

I believe you cannot take on any liquids or gels which includes makeup I believe (to be honest you can survive without whilst on the aircraft!). You can take mobiles I believe.
