Benidorm / Calpe area?
Is there any festivals/carnivals planned for the Benidorm/Calpe area between august 19th to 26th. Thank you for any help you can give.
Unfortunately there isn't. Benidorm has no fiesta's during August and Calpe has one around the 5th August, lasting for about a week.

Fiestas in Lliber which is about 15 minute drive from Calpe( turn off the N332 just befor Benissa)14th til the about the 20th usually. Its just a small village , but usually a lot going on during fiestas. Most years the streets are painted. music for 4 nights. on the 16th there is a fire work display. Paellas and a water fight afterwards. Also, the last 3 nights they have the bull run( I know not everyone likes it though). Not to sure what else is happening this year, as the program hasnt been published yet. But if you want to know nearer the time , you can contact me. Have a good time!.

August 15 th is Asuncion Day which is a National holiday, nothing to do with festival or carnivals though, just an excuse for shops, banks etc to be closed for the day. Other than that you need to come back to Benidorm 2nd week in November for fiestas.
