They have or are just bringing in a new law in Benidorm. You won't be allowed on the beach between midnight and 7.30am, otherwise it's a big fine, so stay off the beach!
I hope the weather warms up. It's freezing here in Spain right now. I was out in the snow yesterday and I live near Malaga. |

It's a great place to be for the New Year especially if you will still be there on the 6th Jan09 - it's the Feast of the 3 Kings festival and BRILLIANT!
It is like our Spring there during December / January - well it was for the last couple of years !
You will always be sure of a warm welcome in Bar Sol on the far end of Levante beach and any one of the owner/staff , Steve, Pauline, Dan and Nick will be able to advise you of the best places to go with kiddies

Benidorm is a fantastic place to be over the new year. You'll have such a brilliant time. I cannot recommend a good restaurant because i don't find benidorms restaurants very nice anyway. I suggest you google it though, im sure you'll find some places on there pretty easily.
The leventer club apartments aren't in the best of places in benidorm, but i don't know what sort of holiday you are wanting. The apartments are situated quite a bit away from all the lively action and it des take a 5 minute bus ride into the main square.
However i'm very sure you'll enjoy yourselves! |

As far as I know in december it is full of pensioners but I have been in July several years ago and I would not go back and definitely not take children, it is dirty, full of beggars and prostitutes and 24/7 noise. It is like a dirty blackpool or for those that know glasgow it is like the barrowland area. |
