What about elemadrid or club de espanol?

Thanks for the feedback but I would prefer not to study around Sol for some reasons.

Elemadrid is a great choice but is much more expensive. It is our option #2 school in Madrid. They are about 15 minutes walking distance from Sol and real close to Retiro park. I have not heard of the other school. OUr $100 per week discount applies to all schools in Spain.

I just returned from a conference where I visted 10 Spanish schools in Madrid. I already work with two, so of course I have a bias, but I had chosen these schools from a previous conference.

Our current school is located 5 minutes walking from the Puerta del Sol which is as close to the center as you can get. Being close to the Puerto del Sol makes everything so much easier as you can walk everywhere rather than taking the Metro. You would only need the metro to go to the Bull Ring, or locations outside the city.

We offer shared student apartments only two floors up from the school, so you can live and study right in the heart of the city. We also have studios close by for low cost. You can view our pricing at: http://www.spanishabroad.com/spain/Madrid/Dq/maddq_prices.htm

Enforex and Don Quijote are essentially the same company, these are the largest schools I visited. They have great facilities, but are very big with lots of students so you don't receive a personalized experience. If you have any problems it is much harder to get them resolved than at a small school where the owner is a step away.

Our school has a maximum of 7 students in a group class and the owner is always onsite. IH, ENFOREX, and DON Quijote are all a minimum of 20-30 minutes walking distance from the Puerta del Sol ore further. IH is very impressive for facilities and has a very fun director, but is also a very large school. I would say they are the most modern possibly smaller for total students than Don Quijote/Enforex, but still quite large compared to the other schools I visited.

Madrid Plus is a school that is centrally located just like ours and on the smaller size, but they have less competitive prices than we do. I would say they are the closest to what we offer. We are also currently offering a $100 per week discount for up to 4 weeks due to the recent drop in the Euro.
