COSTA ADEJE, TENERIFE REVIEWS!
If you have been to Costa Adeje in Tenerife please can you give me some reviews on the time you spent there and if you would recommend it. I'm looking for a beach holiday in the sun, not too far from nightlife but staying in a quieter location with a wide range of bars, restaurants and entertainment.
I have been twice. It is very quiet but beach is short stroll away. Most bars are down at the beach or you can get atxi into las americas which has more bars and clubs

When I go to Tenerife, that's where I always stay. I go to Sunset Harbour which is a one minute walk , just across the road to the beach.
It's less than 5 minutes to the nightlife on the road behind and a pleasant stroll to any of the many Restaurants.
Dunno much about Adeje but the Vulcano at the other end of Playa de Las Americas might fit the bill.
Quieter area, almost next door to posh bars and designer shops, food excellent. You may be the only people under 60 in the whole hotel but if that doesn't bother you, and if you can get in then I highly recommend it.
If not the Vulcano, definitely take a look at that area of PdlA as it fits the bill in terms of being quieter yet within walking distance of the main strip but with lots of local amenities.

then costa adeje is perfect fro you there is a lovely harbour puerto colom, nice safe beaches at fanabe, and when you do want the nightlife the veronica's strip is a short stroll away, we went in 2004 and loved it then in 2006 stayed near veronica's strip and that was nice also , you will love it i couldn't understand why people kept going back now but i think tenerife is very moreish and there is something special about it the scenery of the mountains is so stunning and watching the sun go down is beautiful, enjoy
