Yes as far as i am aware, you can travel anywhere in the European Union, as you are a member....

Of course you can, in fact you won;t need a passport, your German ID card will suffiuce due to the Schengen agreement of borderless Europe, if you are travelling across mainland Europe, photographic government issued ID will suffice

yes you can. It's in Europe as are you. You defo need a passport as an ID card will not allow you through.
