Can I use these USA First Class stamps for sending letters to other countries?

The stamp has the liberty bell and just says USA FIRST-CLASS FOREVER. I've never used stamps without the little cost in the corner (you can tell I don't use the postal service very often). So can I use them if I'm mailing something to Spain? And how many would I need for mailing 2-3 cards in one envelope?

No. Stamps for international mail must have the monetary amount on them. The stamps the USA issues (with no monetary amount) when changing rates are for domestic mail only.

Esteban H
Of course! But make sure know how many you need to include. I would check with USPS on that.

Just as a guess, i'd say 4-5 depending on the weight.
