No you can't, if they are your children then yes. But not your sister's children you can't i'm affraid.
They won't let you pass the gates.
The only way around this is if you go with your sister too.
Actually you might be able too, just take permission from the kid's parent
Sorry.
Hope i helped xxx |

because you are 18 its fine but the children will need written permission from parents or guardian. |

Ummm. Are they YOUR children? That might have some bearing. I doubt you can take someone ELSE'S children out of the country without having express permission from their parents...too many scary things happen...the authorities protect children that way.
*edit*
Surely your sister would be happy about your taking them, and she will write you a permission...just have her say that she is their mother, and she has given you permission to take them. and sign it. And carry it with your passport to show to whomever asks...probably, like when you board the plane, and possibly at customs. I assume, of course, that they have passports, and that's not something to get. I'm pretty sure you will be okay with that, but I'm not positive, you should check, to be sure that 18 is adulthood, and that you don't have to be 21 to be considered an adult...different in different countries, but I think it's 18 in Spain...check with their consulate if you need to be really sure. |

You will need written permission from the parents of the kids, they might be included on the passports of their parents? you might need copies of the passports, this sounds far too complicated to mess with.
I had my cousins daughter come over to Spain, she came with her young friend, they were not handed over to me until they assured the authorities they knew and recognised me, I had to sign for them.
I must admit I think it best to contact the passport office, and possibly the airline you might be travelling with to see if they will allow you to take the kids with you..................hope this helps, |

At 18 you are an adult.
It is advisable to get written permission as well as health care insurance information. Keep this information with you at all times in case you need to seek medical attention for the children. |

haha...good question!
First, technically you are an adult so can take em on a holiday.
Second and importantly, need permission from the kid's parents.
Third, make sure the children listen to you. |

you can but will need written permission from the parent as they are under 18 - i wouldnt recommend doing it as some parts of spain are not suitable for 12-13 olds.I am from glasgow but at the moment i am in Salou, Spain and there has been a lot of violence at night time. |

Yes of course as long as you are 18! |

Everyday's the same again...

You will need a letter from the children's parent. My partner and I went to Poland with my daughter, and on the way back she and he went to a different passport checker. When he checked the passport of my daughter he wanted to know where her parents were (his name is different) as I was there there was no problem, but I would recommend getting a letter - if bot for on the way out then certainly for on the way back in.
Have fun! |
