Can a person from Spain work while visiting in the US?

CPG
No, it is illegal.

To work in the United States you require a temporary work visa which is near enough impossible to obtain. For more information regarding this then contact the American Embassy in Spain, I have provided you the website below.

Nope, no way Jose!! It is illegal and the yanks are very hot on it. If you ever want to return to the States in your lifetime then don't do anything that will get you kicked out. If however you don't give a damn and are willing to take the chance go for it it's your choice.

If you are entering the States with a tourist visa you can NOT work in the USA.

Persons entering the U.S. on a visitor visa, for business or tourism (B-1/B-2), or without a visa on the Visa Waiver Program are not permitted to work. If you are planning to work, or to attend certain training in the U.S., you cannot enter the U.S. with a visitor visa. Instead, you will need a visa in one of the employment categories for temporary workers.
