Can anyone help answer any of these questions about Spain?

AndalucÃa
1.very varied. there are flat plains and very, very mountainous and everything in between
2. the range of mountains the run across the east part of andalucia. starts just east of granada. goes for miles. it's so high there is a ski resort.

Sevilla
1. because cathedrals are always important. its one of the largest in the world.
2. the bell tower of the cathedral
3. the tartessians, the phoenicians, the carthaginians and romans, the vandals and visigoths, but most of all the moors, and english and german tourists

Granada
1. how is it what?!!! each province is named after its capital. eg cordoba is the capital of the province of cordoba. seville is the capital of the province of seville. guess where granada is?
2. a moorish palace and fortress overlooking granada

1)AndalucÃa is where they use to make the (in the AlmerÃa region) Â´westernÂ´ films in the Tabernas desert my cousin lives in this area... visit Mini-Hollywood & Fort Bravo, it's a dry place reaching 40ÂºC+ in Summer with around 2-3 days of rain a year

2) Sierra Nevada is the most SOUTHEN Ski Resort in Europe - to buy a chalet in this area is very cheap ! there isin't much to do in the town center but the Slopes are better than any other place in Spain (The Spanish Army train here so you'll see them skiing alot or doing Mountain Rescue)

Sevilla... I have only been once... it was the Capital of Spain when we set sail for the Americas it has been a very import city through-out the History of Iberia Â´la giraldaÂ´ is the Bell inside the Cathedral... sorry I donÂ´t know why it is important... maybe because it looks quite arabic ?

3) Sevilla has had much influence from the Arab Empire around the year 500 because the Reconquest, Flemenco dancing comes from this area - it is a famous dance in Spain first danced by the gypises

Granada is a city inside the Granada provance it is where the Alhambra is located... visit it if you come to Spain... it is like AlmerÃa with the dry landscape but there are more mounrtains as Sierra Nevada is here

I have never been inside the Alhambra... but from the outside it is an Arab Castle...

I know the answers to everyone of those questions as I live near Granada, but you haven't asked one question, you've asked too many and I haven't the time to answer that many questions.
