Its usually mid to high 20's, I went this August and it was more like high 20's and then it went into the 30's at one point. We went late August, if you go at the beginning of August you might find its in the mid 20's.
Days out for the kids -
the beaches in Costa Teguise are great for kids, theres a great one infront of the teguise playa. Theres 2 areas where the water is quite shallow, its like a pool and thers loads of little rock pools.
The aqua park isnt far from Costa Teguise (5minutes) but I thought that was quite expensive.
Theres a yellow submarine trip, in Puerto Calero which is a place I think is worth visiting anyway. A lovely marina, with nice restaurants and shops. Theres also a few other boat trips there, the catamaran is amazing, I am going to take my nieces and nephews next time.
Theres Jameos Del Agua which is great, Timanfaya is worth a visit!
If you like spending a day at the beach you must visit Papagayo beach, its near Playa Blanca. You could have a wonder around Playa Blanca whilst you're there. You must ask for directions to Papagayo beach though or you will never find it.
Alot of the smaller towns are worth visiting, if you are hiring a car definitely! Lanzarote is a great place to drive around and just see where you end up!!!
