There are no ferries to Cadiz from the UK. Some cruise ships may call there but definitely no ferries. There is a ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbao with P & O or from Plymouth to Santander with Brittany Ferries.
There is an airport at Jerez De La Frontera (for Cadiz). There are UK flights. Monarch fly there from Manchester, Ryanair fly there from London Stansted and British Airways fly there from Gatwick

No you can only get a ferry to Bilbao and Santander, which are in the North of Spain. Better off flying to Sevilla.
Sorry I beg to differ with Bob H, the only ferries into and out of Cadiz are to Canary Islands, morocco, Algiers etc, there are no ferries from Britain directly to Cadiz. You can Google all Ferry Companies and all Ferries to Spain only go to Bilbao and Santander.....

No direct ferries.Best bet is P&O Plymouth to Santander or Portsmouth to Bilbao. It`s a nice drive down to Cadiz.

Your answer is YES!
Though I don't know at what cost or times of sailing, do a web search on Google for british ferries Channel crossing. Should help & give you a choice of times deals etc.
Happy sailings.
