i agree with what everyone says,
you can buy snacks and drinks, but they are a complete rip off!!!.....
here the web page of snacks and drinks available on board, and their prices. this link will take you straight to the page. it is based on a flight from london gatwick to malaga. (they are all the same i think!)

http://www.thomsonfly.com/en/flywithus_onboardshopping.html

just as a example from the web site,

a kingsize mars in £1
small mini cheddars 70 pence
330ml beer £2.50
nobbys nuts 70pence
Nestle Cappuchino £1.50
ribena £1.20
water £1.50#

etc......check out the website for everything they do.....

hope this help :-)

Yes you can but, unless you want a hot snack, it would be cheaper to take your own snacks and buy cold drinks once you have gone through passport control and security.

JillPinky
Yes, but they are not good value for money. I would buy something at the airport once you have gone through security and take that on the plane. Or better still take something from home that you would enjoy as a snack.

Yes that is how they make extra money

yes because they have a snack trolley and this is how they make their money

They sell snacks on board but they are very expensive and poor value for money my advice would be to take something with you for the journey.

Abdul
agree with barmy....

used to do it myself but then thought why the hell am i doing this? now i can't understand why i would ever want a meal if i was flying shorthaul. The food is spain is so great better to wait till you arrive!

also hygiene is another factor.

Saying that i understand that some people just do it to kill time on the flight. Since i've switched to shorthaul flights they always seem so much longer.

We've bought baguettes on Thomson flights to Malaga and have found them good value for money. Unfortunately there seems to be a limited supply so it's first come first served - if you're at the end of the trolley run they will probably all have gone!! To make sure of getting one reserve it with the air hostess as soon as they announce the snacks are coming round.

I agree with other answers, though, that the price of other snacks such as Mars, Cheddars, Pringles etc are a bit over the top and you'd be better off buying these before you get on the plane and even better, before you get to the airport.

no you cant.have a snack in the air port
there are tea+coffee and alcahol onboard

SunnyDays
I cannot fathom out people that are so fussed about eating meals and snacks on short haul flights, have something to eat in the airport before you board, you can get anything from sarnies to proper meals, surely thats enough, flights to Spain are not much more than a couple of hours, and we do ahve food in Spain you know....
