You may be able to hire without a credit card IF you are able to give them a deposit in cash to cover the likely insurance excess.
Some may do the hire if you have a debit card but I suggest you ask before you go.Most hire Companies are represented at the airport and I would recommend that you use a multi-national company rather than a back street bloke
