Hi

I used the following agency before, not sure where in Spain you would like to be but these guys are based in Calahonda and will help you find the right location and a nice bar for you
http://www.directestates.com or email them info@directestates.com

Lived in Spain 16 years, seen many people think owning a bar in Spain is great, then found out it wasn't. If you want any kind of life DON'T BUY A BAR IN SPAIN, take my advice it's bloody hard graft, you'll never get to see the beach, you'll be white as a sheet cos there will be no sun bathing and you'll never ever get rich!
As for caravans, be careful of static sites alot on the Costa Blanca are not very good and whilst caravans are cheap to buy in general the sites can be the opposite.
Check out the local english newspaper The Costa Blanca News you may see something but don't part with your money too quickly. You have been warned.

Please think very carefully before buying a bar. Been here many years and have seen so many bars exchange hands. Are you just looking for summer trade or all year. These are very important factors as the winter here is very quiet. Lots of beach bars are closed then. Offer to work in the bar for a few weeks and get to know it first before parting with money if you can. As for caravans these seem easy enough to buy as there are many dealers about. Don't know what the renting on the campsite would be. Might be worth considering a bar with accomodation included.

just outside Malaga heading down to Marbella the whole coast is full of them for sale. as for caravans there are plenty of sites with them for sale
