The surname Garcín is very common, it´s like the surname Smith.
Common first names :Femail: Pili (short for Pilar), Maria, Belen, Eva, Carmen.
Male: Javier, Diego, Pepe, José, Jesus.

These obviously are to name but a few.

I think know there are in boys: Carlos, Adrian, Daniel (Dani) Jose,...
Girls: Paula, Maria, Ana, ...
Last names there are: García, Martínez, Gómez, ...

dubie
The most popular men's names are :

Paco (short for Francisco)
Pepe (short (?) for Jose)
Manolo (short for Manuel)
Juan (not short for anything)

There are also what are called "nombres compuestos" which are two names together so something like:

Jose Maria
Juan Antonio
Jose Antonio
Jose Javier
Juan Franciso

etc. etc.

The most popular girl's names do depend on the area they are born in because mostly girls are names after the "Virgen" of the place where they are born.
However, there are some standard ones like:

Pilar,
Maria,
Luisa,
Inmaculada (usually shortened to Inma)
Cristina
Francisca (usually shortened to Paca)

The nombres compuestos are:

Maria Luisa
Maria Jose
Maria Elena
Maria Cristina
Maria del Mar
