Okay so for spanish i have to create like an A4 size sheet of tourist information about mallorca, and it's not that i don't speak spanish, cause i do. but i can't find any decent ...
I have booked a trip to Spain this upcoming summer and was hoping to gain a bit of insight on the car versus rail debate. I have traveled through Europe before and know how great the rail system is, ...
We have State Farm insurance and plan to rent from Avis. Will we need to add-on the collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, and theft protection or will our current State Farm coverage ...
I only the mention the blonde thing btw, because I've heard that there's a bit of blonde-girl hassling that occurs -- and also that it will make me stand out more as a tourist.

I got into pacha last year at 16 but that was during the weekend. I was wondering if 16 year olds can get in all the time or is it only during the weekend?...
I'm doing a project for Spanish and I need three cultural facts that are pertinent to the country. So far all I have is the Flamenco.
Please do not mention San Fermin (bull running), Holy Week, and Tomatina, as I already used those three for the Events of Interest section. Now, if you believe that those three are more fit for culture than events, then please tell me and also give me some events.
You don't have to give me any information about the cultural/events that you mention, I can do my own research, I just need to know what to research.
Anyway, thank you all for taking the time to answer this :)
Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate as well.
Look up "Feria de Abril" (Sevilla)
"Feria del Caballo" (Jerez de la Frontera)
"Feria de San Isidro" (or maybe it's the "DĂa de San Isidro") (Madrid)
You already know about the Feria de San FermĂn, but it wouldn't hurt to do some research to get some more information (if you haven't yet done that).
El RocĂo...an Andaluz pilgrimage.
Camino de Santiago, which actually begins in France.
Culturally, you might mention Siesta, tapas, and the way that people eat much later than in most other countries.
Any town you are interested in, if you go to their chamber of commerce/ministry of tourism sites, you should find their ferias/patron saint days. That should give you all the information you need.

The Bullfight ( la corrida) would come under culture as would the 'siesta' especially in summer time when the weather is hot.
Also El Almuerzo ( the midday meal), it is practically sacred! In the town where I live nothing at all is open from 2.00pm to 5.00pm except for the supermarket. Obviously in tourist places it's different.
The 'tapa' culture....in Granada and Almeria they are still included in the price of the drink...
