About 60km from city centre to city centre - about 40-50mins drive if you don´t hit traffic (which in tourist season is pretty liekly).
If you are driving you have a choice of motorways, the A7 & the A7toll.

Marbella is a pretty big place friend....depends on which side of town you staying...for example Banus side or Elviria side?
Marbella postal district starts at Puerto Cabopino side which for an inexperienced driver getting a holiday car from the airport could take a good hour. If you need the other side of town then maybe 15-20 mins longer.
