I think, when you need a visa, you go to the embassy/consulate of the country you are going to.
This article says that, yes, a Peruvian DOES need a visa...I would check with the embassy.

It depends if your passport is peruvian then yes, go to your peruvian embassy, if you passport is english then no. |

The best thing you can do is to go to Spanish embassy. They have all the information about visas and they will explain to you what documents you need in order to get a visa (if you need one).
There is no point in going to Peruvian embassy since they don't have anything to do with Spain and their visa regulations.

If your passport is from Peru,you´ll probably need a visa.If it´s from UK,then no.But ask the Spanish Embassy,better.I´m not too sure about it. |
