Many years ago when I was in Pamplona Spain you could buy sandwiches they said were made from the bulls after the bullfight. |

No, the meat is donated to the poor.
Or taken to local restaurants in some cases.
But no. Not right there. It isn't as if there's a butcher and a barbeque in the arena, or like there's time to butcher and cook it before people go home. |

Of course they do.
Traditionally the meat went to the poor or hospitals. Now it usually goes to specialist butchers, restaurants and some ends up canned. |
