hey I am from Gibraltar which is at the southern most tip of Spain.. in Gibraltar there are lots of dolphin safaris which allows you to swim with dolphins etc.. these dolphin safaris run along all the southern coast of Spain i.e malaga, estepona marbella cadiz etc.. if you are going to the north of Spain the best place to go is to 'la Costa brava' in the province of catalunya which will most definitely have dolphin safaris...

You can go to Valencia....they have "el oceanográfico" where you will be able to see many animals (dolphins included)
Here you can see a picture of them.
You can ask for information in a travel agency.
I've been there and you should go.Besides,if you have kids, they will have a great time.
That city has great beaches, great museums, great food, very nice people and it's very hot in summer.

There's Mundomar in Benidorm. It's a small version of Seaworld. Not near Salou though.
