I live in Spain and I have noticed that many tourists suffer from an ailment called "hangover". I believe the best medication to bring is paracetamol. Most recover pretty quickly but often it returns the next morning. Apart from that this is a great country to visit.

No, immunizations are not necessary from the US, you only need a passport.
