i went to tangers about 15 years ago from spain.

I know cadiz, its a nice place, but then i like most of southern spain.
there are less morocans in cadiz then there are in other parts of spain, but there is some!
im not sure i could put a number on it, but id say there is more than in the uk..........

Cadice is just one hour from Algeciras, where there's the only way to Morocco(Tangeri). I went in Morocco from Spain and this is the only way.
