I would recommend "Holiday rooms direct" for hotel bookings. I have used them a number of times, and they offer a 100% price guarantee & no hidden extras, so the price you see is the price you pay. Your money is also safe with them. They also have apartments.
For apartments, however, I would visit "holiday lettings". They have a great choice and you get to see photos of the property and area, a good description, prices, availability and direct contact with the owner.
