I`ts on the Mar Menor an enclosed bit of sea,,it`s ok there but a little built up,nearest airport is only about 20 min`s away,personally I`m not keen on the Mar Menor,but most building work in the area has been put on hold due to the downturn,you`ll find thousands and thousands of empty properties in Murcia and no buyers, |

Yes complex is not fully ready yet,the area around is excellent and will devolop over the next few years, and at the moment prices are fantastic.As in other areas the slowdown has effected the timescale for the resort to be finished. If you want any further help just email me. |

Nueva Ribera Golf Club is a brand new luxurious complex being built in Los Alcazares with beach front location to the therapeutic waters of the Mar Menor in the region of Murcia. This area is a beautiful up and coming area and is fast becoming the home of excellent top class year round golf courses. The Spanish properties at Nueva Ribera Golf Club have the added benefit of not only having a 18 hole, 72 par golf course in there back garden but they are only a stones throw away from the airport in San Javier. This resort along with many others due to the recession have slowed down but it is not like a building site. A 10-15 minute stroll will bring you to the beautiful beach at Los Narejos where you will find a superb selection of restaurants offering international cuisine. I think the land adjacent to the complex and surrounding area is still waiting landscaping.
