Additional Details witch is wat?????????????????????????????????????... top contributor so much for help i no its the same i want to no wat it is to the pound!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Euro is the same in all European countries that accept them.
The current exchange rate here (we changed some pounds over today) is 87p to a Euro. Which isn't good for us.
SUE
1 Spanish Euro = 1 Euro. It's really pretty simple.
Well, if you had SAID that you wanted it against the pound...you asked what it's worth in Spain! A Euro is a Euro! It isn't different in Spain from what it is in France, or Germany, or Ireland. That's sort of the point, you know...one money for all of Europe! That's the plan!
1 Euro is 82 pence
agooddub
The official exchange rate today was 81p English will buy 1 Euro, but the man in the street would need about 85p to buy 1 Euro. thats because the banks charge the ordinary people commission for doing the exchange.
If you are on holiday £5 will get you about 6 Euro locally.
Us Irish don't need to exchange our money because we already use the Euro.

Too high £1 will get you 1.10 Euro (thanks Mr Brown)
Rillifane
The same as they are in every other country in the euro zone.
Sophieee!
You will get 1.12 Euros for every pound you change
jessica
yeah i don't understand what you mean - what ever the exchange rate is GBP - EUR...doesn't matter if you go to Spain or France...it's the same ..
