In Spain young children drive around on moped's ect. would it be possible too take a licence for a 16 year old forigener too take one if so does any one have an idea on how much it would cost including insurance ect.
you need to be a spanish resident. In spain you have to go to a driving school and take classes for the theory (which is very difficult) then you go to trafico to take your test. the theory is quite expensive (if they go to classes) but it is worth it. Insurance for mopeds is fairly cheap but they won't cover it for theft. When I was 16 i was able to go to a gestor and buy my licence for a moped. But i'm not sure if that has changed now

to drive a less than 50cc license would cost around 30 euros but you must be a resident or if you have a European drivers license (for motorcycles) you can use that
