Drinks typical espanish are Horchata, Sherry, Cola Cao,
Dessert, tocino del cielo, crema catalana.
Main dishes, paella, fabada, cocido, migas.
appetisers, artichokes, sevillanos, steamed mussels, and serrano ham with melon.
Here in Barcelona, starters can include real belt tighteners such as escudella and paella, (the latter only on Thursdays for some reason)

be sure to include the spanish tortilla and churizo in your project. when I lived in spain my host family fed me that every single week!!!!
spanish tortillas are very easy to make its like an omelette with onions and a ton of potatos its very delicious too!!! for dessert flan is a must!
appetizers are popular in spain. many people go out nightly for "tapas" tapas are similar to what we call appetizers. for example you may get a small plate of shrimp or mini "bocadillas" which are sandwiches...
As for drinks... "aqua con gas" is popular. its like carbonated water... no flavor.....coca cola is popular along with zuma naranja(orange juice) and fanta |
