You can't get bored in Barcelona. Is the most cosmopolitan city in Spain. If is your first visit I will recommend to take the Touristic Buses in Plaza Catalunya in front of El Corte Ingles. The red and blue lines can take you to the principal attractions like La Sagrada Familia, Parque Guell, la Pedrera (or Casa Mila), the Olympic City, Pueblo Espanol, the water front with the Aquarium, the Soccer Stadium, the Barrio Gotico, etc. If you like museums don't miss The Museum of Contemporary Arts designed by Richard Meir, Museo Maritimo and The Miro Institute. A walk in la Rambla and the Barrio Gotico were you can discover many things by getting lost in the medieval streets is a most. The city is famous for the good eating and the night life.

To see: Gaudi, Gaudi...and Gaudi !!! You won't get bored, I promise. He was a very cool arquitect...things to see of him are: Casa Batllo, Casa Milla (la Pedrera), Parc Guell, Sagrada Familia among others.....Hope you like it. |
