Has anybody else had an awful experience with Iberia Airlines?
Wow, they were so bad with me with a number of different issues (rude flight attendant, late bags, misinformation provided which ultimately cost me an extra $500)! There are many Iberia numbers to BUY a ticket, but none to register a complaint...you have to use email. HOWEVER, I emailed my legitimate complaint, and have yet to get any response 1 1/2 months later. AWFUL! Anybody else have an opinion?
iberia does a particularly bad service from latin america, imposing the 20kg restriction on lugagge, and rude service. for that matter i've always opted for cheaper, south american alternative air plus comet (aerolineas argentinas) which allows 40kg and while the service isn't brilliant, they're not treating you like 'sudacas', which is what you get in the whole iberia process.

Iberia is one of the worst company.
I remember that one time they lost my luggage, few month later they cancelled my flight cos' the plane wad almost empty.
you have to pay to eat or drink.
The service is awfull but the planes are safe.

Yes, I had an experience flying from London to Barcelona with Iberia. Poor service and very low grade next to most european airlines. Really a shame and I wouldn't fly with them again.

I flew with Iberia a couple of times. They are not good. They don't allow more than 20 Kg for intercontinental flight (that's bad). Their service is not good at all.
But my worse experience was with EXPEDIA booking online.
