Has anyone been to Benidorm recently? |
Does anyone know of any cheap hotels in Benidorm that arent sky scrapers and dont consist of about 25 floors something nearer to the ground would be perfect near the levante beach part |

It's about 3 or 4 weeks since I was last in Benidorm which may seem recent but I only live about 4 miles from there. Consequentally I don't often need hotels but most of the ones at the levante end are sky scrapers. Many years ago we stayed in an apartment block called loixmar and requested a first floor apartment because we had small children at the time. That was quite cheap but self catering, only a short walk from the beach. |

Went to Benidorm in July 06. Stayed in the Rio Park Hotel which is on Av De Murcia (around a 10 mins stroll to the beach)
The hotel offers excellent ground floor accomodation whichis I think adapted for wheel chair users. There's ramps to access the hotels restaurant/bars etc
The ground floor rooms are adjacent to the swimming pool, pool tables.

i go to benidorm 3-4 times a year and would say the ambassador is 2 Min's from the beach,close to the nightlife and only 4 floors high. |

i went to benidorm about 4 years ago, it was really good. there are tons of hotels by and close to the beach. probably best to go to a travel agent and see what the recommend, you will have a great time if you decide to go. plenty of pubs and places to eat. i went to the theme park there which is a really good day out. |

I've never been to Benidorm so unable to help you there, why don't you go to somewhere nicer in Spain, like torremelinos? |
