Has anyone been to Lanzarote over the last month or so since the Euro rate dropped?

I've been to Playa Blanca a few times over the last few years the first time I got about 1.45 Euros to the pound and the last in October was about 1.24.
Have any places over there changed their prices or had any offers to encourage people in?

I know this is a pretty vague question but I was just wondering what it was like there now the exchange rate has changed so much.

I think it was about 3.75 Euros for a large local beer which would be steep for a holiday beer now.
Have you been, where did you go?

The prices are just the same i live in malaga a large beer is about 3 euros same as it was last year and the year before at the moment the euro is worth about one pound so work on that nothings cheap in spain anymore that's why expat brits are returning home in there thousands

They won't have dropped their prices. They still need to pay their bills in Euros.

the prices wont change because the cost of living is still the same out there, and they are also feeling the crunch of the credit crisis. so although it a good thought that prices might lower to entice people, the british will already be over there and it will be tough luck to them if they dont buy three beers but just opt for one or two.
